30 Breygent SDCC mystery pack break
 

After buying 10 packs last year, and seeing all of the cool previews for this year's packs, I decided to pre-order 30 packs of this year's Breygent SDCC packs. As a bonus for pre-ordering, I got a free Tom Hiddleston autograph from 258 West Authentics:

The initial breaks I saw here and on a couple of other message boards were really good, and I was excited to get my packs. Unfortunately I was very unlucky and had some collation issues which resulted in ZERO Dexter prop or costume cards. Luckily I didn't get completely shut out on Dexter cards, and did hit 2 Lithgow autos. And on the plus side, I really like sketch cards, and I pulled more sketch cards than normal, including great ones by Anthony Tan and Rhiannon Owens.

I was dissappointed to get so many of the comic panel cards, especially since a lot of them seem to be random panels. You would think they would use only the cool looking panels that included the main characters, especially on some of the ones that are limited to under 10... in an entire comic book you can't come up with at least 10 nice looking panels???

But even with the collation problems, I still hit enough nice cards to at least break even I think. So I will be on the lookout for these again next year.

where did you get your packs from?

that is so funny because i got TONS of dexter props and very very few sketches!

I got the packs from 258 West Authentic. Last year, I had bought some of the packs from them on ebay, and got on their mailing list. This year, a couple of weeks before SDCC they took pre-orders for the packs.

They still have some packs available for sale on ebay (at least they did this morning when I last checked).

Nice sketches! I have to agree with you on the panels...but overall not bad.
