[B][CENTER][LEFT][B] 4) At the end of each month, the Staff at Blowout Cards will choose 10 Finalists from the submissions in this thread. These 10 Finalists will then be entered into a POLL thread. All forum members will then be allowed to vote on who they think should win Best Pull of the Month! Please note that we will try our best to choose the 10 best available options at our sole discretion.

6) If there is no longer a pic posted with your submission at the end of the month when we create the poll options, your submission will no longer be valid.
