When I worked at a store out of high school the managers were high on customer service because there bonus was based on it. I do always get helped right away in office depot as well.

It has gone somewhere, anytime I go into any type of store I feel like im causing a problem in there because people do not want to help, they make me feel like im an inconvenience to them.

originally I was looking at the springfield xd 9mm or any glock (the sheriff's department is finishing up my background check) and after talking to numerous gun stores (the ones that help me anyways)...

so lately I have either had some really bad luck or some employee's are just getting more and more lazy. I have called and emailed several gun stores about handguns and I stay professional in them...
