I used to give the option and not a single buyer ever opted to upgrade the shipping. So the "some" has been zero in my experience and I just stopped adding the option.

I'd have a little interest in the Topps RC but preferring insert stuff. I have no problem considering CGC if valued reasonably. Also, I don't mind raw stuff as long as NM+.
