you can absolutely get a refund but you need to send it back & dont make the same mistake i made. GET A SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION!

i bought a card for 150.00 last year that was described incorrectly. did a dispute, paypal instructed me to send it back. i returned it the same way it was shipped with delivery conf. USPS showed it delivered. paypal denied the claim because the seller stated "i never got no card back". paypal said that it could have been misdelivered because there was no proof to what address it went to. pretty contradictive huh? anything under 250.00 paypal allows delivery conf to cover the seller. i send it back the same way & get screwed.
