Your account may have a bug. I didn't get any bonus offers for 8 years (enrolled in '09). Had to call over 3 different times to finally get some action. My info was "passed on to a tech assistant" who is hopefully looking into it. That was 3 weeks ago, but don't think there have been many offers since then.
