Since the scheduled release date is Nov. 9th, I am going to set a payment deadline of 11:59 PM Sunday, October 30th. This will give us about two weeks to buy/sell/trade picks. I do appreciate quick payments, so that I can get the case paid for, but the deadline is set.
Release Date: Wednesday, November 9th
38 Total Spots – 36 Hits and 2 Base/Inserts Slots (One 6-box inner case per slot)
Draft slot positions will be randomized 3 times on random.org by a MOD.
The random will be done before the break and trading will be allowed up until the night of the break (Deadline for deals is an hour before the break).
After the break, all "hits" will be scanned and listed. The person with the #1 pick chooses first, followed by #2 pick, etc. etc., until all 36 hits and the 2 base/insert spots are drafted.
As far as the draft goes, per forum rules, I must give 48 hours before the draft has to start, but whenever the slot holders want to start before the time limit goes into effect, the draft can begin. I will begin to impose a draft time limit after the allotted 48 hours (2 hour time limit). I will have a pre-ranked list for default picks as well.
Any extra hits remaining after the hit will be requested to be randomized amongst all the spots.
The break will be live on blogtv.com and recorded for those who cannot watch it on break night.

Friday hours are Noon (Central) to 10pm. Sat until we finish hours are 10am-10pm.
Each pick will be on a 2hr draft window, if a pick fails to be made, it will be autopicked by me, according to my ranking of the hits.
