Man you spoiled it. How did you know???

Nah I don't think he's dead. But the Vulture got his booty kicked pretty badly. I think it's too early for Doc Ock Spidey to kill someone (if it will actually happen).

Hard to tell. They do not allude to the fact that he is dead, just really beaten the hell up.

No, he's not dead IMHO.

I agree, at first I wasn't sure how I was gonna like this series, but after issue three and Peter being thrown into Oc's memories, that was a twist I wasn't expecting and it opens the book up to be even more interesting. I am a fan so far and will continue reading it.
