Default Case of 2014 Finest...

I ordered a case of 2014 finest and it should be here tomorrow. I don't usually bust much wax, but after seeing all the great cards, figured why not? Now, I am having doubts about busting it...should I just sell it?

Then you shouldn't be buying wax as that is the normal outcome. At least you bought the current product of the year so you should enjoy the rip either way.

If taking a few hundred dollar hit on the case is going to be a problem for you if it happens to be a dud, then move it. If you're ok with that possibility (also keeping in mind that you could do better), then why not enjoy breaking it if that was your original intent?

Its always a gamble. Just go in with low expectations and have fun. That's what I always do when I rip. I have tried it time and time again and it seems to work for me. As for the case, it seems that every one I've seen busted has been about the same. You should get a nice mixture of rookie autos, with a Greats auto as your "case hit". Just have fun man. That's what its all about.

You should always assume that at your best ou will get 50% of your money back when you bust wax.

I thinks finest has more risk to it. One box might pay for itself or maybe even two boxes and if you pull an Abreu that will pay for a few more, but most of the boxes will lose you big money....two scrub autographs. Just have fun and enjoy.

Ended up busting it. Just finished and didn't do very well. No Abreu autos in case. I will maybe ring in $300, not real sure.
Abreu /125
Harper /199
Puig /125
Darvish Competitors 7/50
Die cut:Wong, B Hamilton and Tanaka
Autos:Wong, Springer, Polanco, Castellanos, Guerrero /149, Martin /99, and some others.
Yount Finest Greats Auto /99.

As of now nothing is for sale until I get time to sort, etc. thanks

If you list everything at auction and starting at 99 cents you will lose your rear... Look at the higher side of the BINs and price them there and be patient, do it right and you can recoup a lot more than you realize.

Most people just get weak and blow everything out, that is how you lose a lot on a case.
