Seems like both Topps and Panini are taking the route of least resistance. My Momentum Kendall Wright redemption I got in the mail yesterday was a sticker too.

What a damn joke. UD was able to get him to sign on-card for SPA. It's not that Topps can't get him to sign, it's either an issue of money or laziness

I have to admit, I'm actually very upset about this. The only reason I spent $400 on his redemption cards is because they were supposed to be on card. They better make it up somehow!

Unreal! I am pissed as well. I wouldn't have bought knowing they were sticker. They just had a freaking signing with him! Why not just take these and have him sign them on card!? They did with Five star.

I don't get it...if Topps ha a rep witness ALL signings, why not send the rep with cards instead of stickers?!

I sent an email to my guy at topps to figure out what is going on. The kicker here is that topps might not have had the cards ready so had him sign stickers. It is also possible that topps only makes enough cards for redemptions that are turned in and then saves the valuable stickers for future products.

I agree with many of the posts above...I wouldn't have redeemed mine had I known it was going to be a sticker auto. I only keep on-card autos for my PC. Sucks.

The thing is that Topps had a signing with Wilson like a week ago. Now the cards are ready!? The Chrome cards were produced before the signing, why not just have him sign them?

when i seen the photo i literally fell over laughing really topps a redemption for a sticker auto of a top rookie. how does that make any sense other then its topps

for those unhappy I suggest you hit twitter with your complaints. I still think the move it based upon saving money by only making enough cards to cover current redemptions. The old days of "burning" cards that don't get redeemed are over.

They should be required to make and attain as many as the number of redemptions in the product camo is what /105? That's 105 they should be required to make and store for the full redemption period

Yeah, they got him to hard sign those, back in August. This is why SPA takes forever to get out.
