Point taken, but you can argue that outside of 2-3 products each year, you are getting an ass kicking either way. If I was to gamble/high $ thrill seek and didn't care what sports/players I was getting, I would probably skip both products and tackle a Leaf Sports Icons cut auto product or something..

Now if Leaf is telling the truth about only 399 cases then in theory Ali autos should fall about 1 per 2 cases. I'm afraid to buy Leaf though after MMA. I pre-ordered a case of that stuff at $1200 & now it's like $750. It totally tanked. I'm afraid the same will happen here because it's leaf and not Topps or Upper Deck. Also, if you don't get an Ali auto you will probably at least get a 1/1 plate. But with the crappy autos don't know if worth it at $1050/case. what do you guys think???
Actually 100 Cuts and 50 on card. I think BG of Leaf misquoted the # on FCB and now people are a bit upset (bought in thinking 200 auto's) so he is doing an exclusive Ali giveaway to FCB members.

I'm a bit hesitant to buy this product thought without a checklist. The fact that the fighter worn cards are completely generic kinda sucks.

Who are the big auto hits besides Ali? Frasier, Holmes, I guess some random celebs...

Call me crazy but giving up 1 in a contest that possibly 1000+ try to get in on doesnt make up for the misquoting of stated odds after the fact.

+1
So a few are pleased but MANY were misinformed
Maybe the Buster Posey USA jersey that was supposed to be included in Razor Letterman can be offered up as well

How could the owner of the company misquote the odds of the biggest chase cards in the product?

I like Brian Gray. It's too bad he made this mistake.

Well there is still 150 autos and 399 cases

So in in 2.5 cases will have ali auto...

I'm glad for value reason there is only 50 on card..

But every 30 boxes has ali auto. prices will stay in 80-90 dollar range..

Excuse me, but how can a JErsey be inserted into a baseball card pack?

It was inserted as a 1/1 redemption. It was never pulled. What is supposed to happen with it?

~Maybe Brian should contact Topps and have offer up the Longoria Superfractor~

I think you are missing the point here. Posey redemption never known to be pulled, Stu Ungar never known to be pulled, Strasburg 1/1 never known to be pulled. Several high dollar cards from Razor Ink Archives/Vault being sold under a side account by Razor. The list goes on and on. Who in the world would trust this company? Now he supposedly states the wrong print runs of Ali autographs? I call bullcrap on this one. He baited all you suckers though.

The jersey was supposed to be a redemption
Um, many of the said usa jerseys were sold separately on ebay
So far only the billy butler and tyson ross has made it to the boards
Guess you didn't realize that many others were sold on ebay by BG

I feel the Unger and Strasburg are still in a pack somewhere but strongly feel the USA jerseys = sold off
Don't have proof on the Unger or Strasburg not being included but the fact that USA jerseys were sold under his account on ebay throws up red flags
Plus he never really addresses the issue when people question the lack of usa jerseys being pulled (and he always seems to respond to 99.99% of everything else)

The redemptions for the USA Jerseys expired.

Thus, he no longer was required to fulfil them.

So, he could either keep the Jerseys inhis collection or sell them to someone who would appreciate it.

If you are telling me that because a 1/1 has never surfaced that he is a scammer you are dumb.

Look at Topps. Evan Longoria superfractor? Mike Trout superfractor? Wil Meyers superfractor? Strasburg superfractor auto?

How about Panini?

Yeah, you get my point

I will say it again...I like Brian Gray. I think it's great that he's giving the collectors more choice in this hobby, but I have to agree that there have been some questionable things take place in the past. Hopefully nothing like this will happen again in the future as he's beginning to get a foothold in this hobby. The Leaf name helps, and I'm happy to see him taking advantage of it.

LOL
He sold the Posey and others well before any expiration.
Expiring redemption is not the reason they were sold

i did not say the Strasburg wasn't inserted

Dude was correct about some of the ink archives or whatever they were called being sold off as well with another account

And let's not leave out the all important fact that these were being sold before the product was released killing resale value for the rip and flippers.

Default 399 cases...

I'm waiting to see how the case breaks break. Would be good to see how the fight worn pieces even fall in a case.
I've seen a nice fight worn red piece /5 sitting at $199. and am frankly surprised that hasn't been taken yet.

As Ive said a few times before, this stuff will not stay at $85-90. The Razor brand has no respect (and it shouldnt), and their products trend downward. I too will be curious how the cases break, and for Kyles sake I hope he beats the odds and does very well.

the odds look poor....

there has been over 200 cards posted..

so about 7 cases...

only 1 auto and 5-6 fight worn....

5 6 7... 1/1 plates

with event worn selling for 20... i thought 35-40

fight worn #5 and 1 not selling for 200...

even hogan trump and nolan only in the 50-100 range....

so around 10 event worn per case.... so 200

then u get 24 autos.. maybe 300-350

1 plate 50-75

1 fight worn... 150

average 700 would be my guess... the event worns selling for 20 is the killer

so it is not awful for 1050 a case without auto....

but not great..

2 cases and no Ali auto, just makes the odds better for the rest of us!
