now how do you get a case for that thing and is it a GU/GW/Player Worn piece? LOL

I kind of have an issue with this, wasn't the whole problem associated with Sensei using Upper Deck trademarks and not clarifying his Luck mock ups were indeed just mock ups. Then Upper Deck turns around and threatens to sue when they had no confirmation they would even be able to sign Luck to a deal, then when they do, they act like nothing ever happened and reward this guy. It wasn't too long ago someone started a thread about a guy advertising the mock up on eBay. Doesn't anyone see anything wrong with this, doesn't it promote others to do the exact same thing in the hopes they will be awarded in the end or be able to sell a redemption based on a mock up?

I congratulate Sensei on his computer skills, but I think its a fine line to walk when dealing not only with the card companies, but more importantly the NFL when creating homemade cards...etc. Probably not creating any friends on this board, bit without enough education, I would have been all over the Luck dual patch exquisite.

Man, you really don't know this person do you?
Sergio has been nothing but a pure class act in the community and the hobby itself. From the first moments that he joined the Beckett forum to joining BO and now with SportsCardAlbum, he has been one of the best people to do what he does and probably one of the most selfless you can come across.............. EVER.
I congratulate him on such a great gift.

And I don't disagree with you, his mock up was nasty, but there is a process. Do you think Upper Deck would be so nice if they never signed Luck? Do you think its right that scum bag ebayer continues to use his mock ups (whether they know better or not)?

I'm glad this ended with a happy story, just think we should all remember threads over the past couple months before we run to our computer and try to create the next best thing.

What exactly are you saying? That he did it for the money?
What a buzzkiller you are.

I see some chipping on the corners and a little white, I would send it back for a replacement or another one.

SCA is designed to make him money through affiliate links and banner ads. It's not like he put the site together for purely selfless reasons. It's a business. But I'm sure he appreciates all the free advertising everyone is doing for him...

Very true. Yes one can look at it as him doing so much for us. But then again there are ads. Ads that get in the way of showing off our cards. So yes he is making money off us. But it is what it is. Without the ads he would probably charge us to be members.

No really. What gives you that bright idea? Word of mouth travels. If you like it, you use. If you don't, then you won't.
