heres my list....i only add people who asked for partial refunds(while refusing to return for full refunds), or didnt pay at all, or were just a pain in the arse lol

People being idiots and or they have a similar card that they want to jack the price up on. Basically by bidding high it shows on eBay as sold even though they don't pay and they hope to get more out of the card they have by referencing that sold auction.
