Have you had soft serve ice cream before? It is just like this, but yes, healthier.

There are a couple places that opened up near me recently. Both are self-serve. Imagine filling your cup at a drink fountain - it is like that. You just pick from flavours. Then you add toppings (nuts, chocolate, gummies, fruit, sauce). Pay by weight. It is awesome (but expensive if you go crazy).

Sounds awesome! I am trying to only eat 40g of sugar a day though. I had to cut out ice cream.

I need to cut back on sugar in my coffee. Even having "1 sugar" in it adds up quickly.

It is so boring though. I was doing really well then we had a birthday party for my son. Cake, cookies, lots of sweets. I couldn't resist. Your taste buds do re-adjust though.
