So the box hit order I've seen so far is:
Base
Rookie Auto Patch
Logo Auto Patch
Other Auto
Other Auto or Patch

Is is about right?

You're in Florida so if you order the cases Monday they'll arrive Thursday. I rather the break was later in the day but I say do whatever works best for yourself.

Could go that way......or many other ways.

The first two are a lock for sure though!

Hockey Junkie -- you've opened a bunch of these already I saw. I was just curious if my Hit Slot #2 was decent -- or had decent possibilities, based on what you opened.

Thanks!

Elmer

It looks like you have the 2nd hit in the 1st tin. I know you won't get an ARP......sorry.....lol. But you could get an auto/auto patch/cuto auto/etc....

hmm interesting, so my slot in case 1 could fall as the 1st hit 2nd box (RPA) or could fall as the 2nd hit as a patch/auto/logo (if tin 1 only has 4 hits) Is this correct? or am I all screwed up?

Yes, you never know. I actually had a tin with 2 base and a gold base but it also had a Tavares rookie. I love this stuff can't wait for the break. Unfortunately there will be those of us that get shafted with like a quad jersey /25 in our slot but I have a fgut eeling we'll have 2 huge hits.

Yeah, thanks for doing this...crazy to know you began this back in May. However, since the Cup comes out so late anyways I actually don't mind the timing with the start of the season.

I'm calling a Property Of in every tin!

I'm amazed none have shown up.

I thought all extra hits would be randomized.

So if there are 5 hits in Tin 1, then the 5th hit should be set aside to be randomed off right? Which means Jbarnett83 has Hit 2 in Tin 2 regardless, right?

Otherwise how would you ever be able to give someone an extra hit in the event that another tin only has 3 hits, like you stated on the first page.

So by my understanding, slots 3-26 would go;

3. Tin 1-Hit 1
4. 1-2
5. 1-3
6. 1-4
7. 2-1
8. 2-2
9. 2-3
10. 2-4
11. 3-1
etc., etc.

Any tins with 5 hits would have the 5th hit set aside to be randomed off at the end or to make up for shorted tins in the order they appeared. This is correct, right?

Lookin' forward to the break! I plan on watching online. With Slot #20, I think that has me in line for a Patch/Auto! WOOT WOOT!

Thanks again for putting this together Nick!

The hits remaining at the end of each case will be the extra hits. That is why there are 26 slots per case. If we held a 5th hit per tin then we would be short hits after the 6th tin.

How do you figure that?

You set the break up for 4 hits per tin (4 x 6 = 24) plus two base slots. So the first 4 hits in each tin go to slots. If there is a 5th hit in a tin, it gets set aside and goes to either a tin that only had 3 hits or gets randomed off.

This is how I've seen it done with every product that has the box = pack/tin format.

The slots 3-26 should be locked in slots.

This is what you said;

Extra hits will be randomized in each case......unless.......a case is short hits.
----In the event a case(s) is short ALL extra hits will be set aside in order and the shorted slots will receive them in that order.(This will keep from having to collect money from everyone to have to give refunds)

Extra hits are extra above 4 in the tins so they should be set aside.

Every break that I can remember from this board has the format that Nick is using with pulls in order and whatever is left at the end would be "extra hits."

Bill, I think you are using you own type of logic here. I read my statement the way I see it. You may be seeing it differently.

I'm done arguing about it but this last statement is incorrect. We didn't do it for the absolute break and we didn't do it for the Limited break. The reason I know this is because I was shorted a hit on each of those breaks and my slot wasn't covered by the next hit from the next pack/tin.

Past Cup break with slots pulled in order and any leftovers at the end of the case - Randomized

http://www.blowoutcards.com/forums/a...-part-2-a.html

I missed the Gordie Howe Property of by one slot because there were "extra" hits in every pack. One less hit and it would have been mine all mine. HA HA HA HA HA!
