Thumbs up Some of the Tony Gonzalez Collection

Thought I'd post a few of the Tony Gonzalez cards I've added to the PC. He's debatably the best TE to ever play the game...Any other Chiefs fans in here?

Awesome stuff! If you wanna see one of the most AMAZING PCs of Tony Gonzalez (or anyone else for that matter), check this out:

Nice Gonzalez cards you have....it's great to see another collector.

I still need to finish updating the links in the Gonzalez thread and will in a day or two, and at some point, get it back to 1997. Not paying the photobucket blackmail fee. I also need to update half of those images, but that is likely something I will likely always be able to say...collecting dups of about everything.

I think this card looks like it pairs right next to yours...

Wow! You're right. LOL I'd say that's the perfect match to mine. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks. It's a lot of low-mid end stuff, I've finally realized that quality is better than quantity though. And now that Topps is out, I can stop chasing rainbows

I thought about collecting Tony until I saw MeteoriteGuy's thread back in 2012, and I just gave up. I only have a PSA 10 97 Topps card of him now, but would like to pick up a PSA 10 Chrome card and a few refractors as a Chief.

Go KC!

I hear you for sure, his collection is incredible. I've been looking for a Chrome RC Refractor. I've seen a couple on eBay but they all have the infamous surface flaw. I'd love to get one at least an 8.5. They're tough to find!

Thanks, ya I set up my account back in like 2013 but haven't really been active on here. There's a Chiefs Cards/Memorabilia group page on Facebook (about 150 members) that I've been a part of for a while now. I live in KC but some of the guys in the group have the most awesome Chiefs PC's you've seen. Everyone in the group is honest or they get the boot! Most Chiefs collectors are honest anyway.

If there are honest Chiefs fans on here that want to be a part of the group shoot me a private message. I don't want to put my personal info out here on the thread.

I just got these 2 back from BGS this week, I thought 9 was a decent grade on both.

Of the cards shown in the thread, I don't have the 2007 NFL Playoffs Materials Black Prime /5.

Also, that is the only 2006 Topps DDP relic I have seen that is three-color.

Feel free to share more cards,
Go Chiefs!

Thanks for the reply, I actually sold the DDP a while back. The others I still have. I'm not sure which cards I'd have that you'd need. You have tons that I didn't even know existed. Lol. I do have 3 other patches each numbered to 10 that I've kept. I'd listen to offers if I had something you need.

A outstanding collection ! The Chiefs have a Massive collectors base making it expensive and difficult to PC players. You have done very well !

Incognito, in your Chiefs Facebook group is there a collector from Jersey who's name is Dave ? Some 20 years ago he would have every Chiefs cards that wasn't a 1/1. Great guy and hope he is involved. If you are able contact him, he is a good source to find cards with trade.

Good luck

You h

Thanks for the kind words. You wouldn't happen to remember his last name? There are roughly 150 members in the Chiefs group and I'm sure a few Daves. Lol. Anyway, thanks again, here's a couple more of my favorites.
