If you had a green Kyrie Irving would you keep it or sell it?

Why? Ask all the guys that dumped Kevin Durant after he caught fire if they wish they held out. Just wait until Kyrie gets the Cavs into the playoffs and he does there what he does now....

I got my green Kyrie on here for $85 Almost ashamed to admit that

I wouldn't think of comparing Kyrie to Durant yet. Also there's another side of that coin, there are far more examples of players getting hot and cooling down (even though i love Kyrie's game).

An unnumbered, not autographed card? Ill take the money.

I didn't mean to compare games or accomplishments, just pointing out that when Durant got hot and people dumped his stuff for those prices they thought couldn't be beat and look now. That's all I meant by that, KD is one of the 2 best players in the league not saying Kyrie is close to that company, but the writing is certainly on the wall to one day be in that discussion. Hence my reasoning for maybe not selling his stuff just yet. Risk to hold, sure, but could really pay off in the end.

Do have to say it gets more and more tempting by the day to sell off my pretty big PC in the hopes I can reacquire down the line.....

What about Blake griffin stuff? I remembered people saying best PF ever, HOFer

What a joke that turned out to be.

Kyrie has to prove himself and how long he can play without getting injured. You cant be a true superstar if you keep getting injured.

I agree with all of this, however I was simply giving a contradictory opinion on why you may not want to sell your Kyrie's just yet. Unless you want to sell them to me of course

Market prices for cards have more to do with potential than with accomplishments.

Speculating will aways beat out actual accomplishments when it comes to buying to flip.

Demand is driven by what has been done. Hype drives prices and that is driven by what CAN be done!

And we are talking about an insert second year card from retail product, not numbered. Not a rookie auto patch from national treasures or something. Why are people paying so much for these. I can see the gold going for a lot cause its /10 but these....

Do people not realize these Greens have to have a Print run of at least 200 or so, probably more ... Panini would never put 3-4 Unnumbered Cards that are limited to less than 50 or so in one single retail box (on average) w/o stating that upfront

I'm pretty interested (and hopeful) to see if Panini ever comments about how many of the Green Prizms were printed.

Yup over 200 don't buy them I think there are close to 1000

The fact is there is not 1 on eBay

If there are 200, I estimate we have seen less than 30% of the production run at retail outlets. I'm wishing I hadn't sold my retail boxes at this point.
