Is this the sickest Topps Value Box Wal mart hit?

There have been some good ones posted and they have been sneaky good to me over the last few months, but I almost passed out from this one. For those that don't know, they come with either a Luck/RG3 refractor, 1 pack of hobby platinum and then 5 packs of regular Topps.

This came out of the regular pack of Topps, on card, 87/100:

The topps packs have been extremely gracious to me: 1987 Trent Richardson auto, Coby Fleener mini auto, and a few regular jersey cards. Congrats, man!

This is why I keep busting these. Especially at $11. Good buys. Nice hit OP!

I will say that beside one box outta 6, where I pulled a Wilson Xfractor RC. My best card has been the Value refractor. Did get one pink /399 but that is it. Still a good buy.

Yeah now that they are on sale everywhere, I think its well worth it. The Luck/RG3 refractor alone is booking in Beckett for $12. Of course that equates to being worth about .25 cents on here, lol, but from a value standpoint, the refractor alone gets it back, then it's just gravy on top.

I have pulled the fleener 84 topps auto, and a hillman platinum auto, plus many rg3's, lucks other than the refractor that comes with it. But they are drying up

none of my stores have these :/ the card shop ordered a case and they're selling em at 17 bucks a pop.. I haven't bought any out of principle but almost grabbed two the other day. the 4 that I've opened didn't hit anything aside from a couple rg3 base rookies.

Blowout has them for$20 or $195 a case of 10.

Yea the best i have pulled from 2 boxes was 2 rg3 exclusives, a few tallboys like 5 of them and a nice osweiler black refractor from platinum.

Yea these aren't worth it over $15. I didn't even like them at $15. It's funny a LCS is selling them for $17. I can buy 5 hobby packs of Topps and two platinum packs for $17 at my LCS. Sure I don't get the refractor but still.

Refractors will pay half for $10 or whatever for 17. My LCS will deal with you. I bet yours will aswell.

nah mine doesn't budge much. they are the only one within a large radius.. they were trying to sell them to me last week and I told them they can be bought for 11 at walmart and they said oh yeah.. they sell prizm for 8 bucks a pack still... contenders was 7.50 but they don't have any.. haven't had any chrome forever... upper deck is 6 which seems high to me? their pack prices are really up there. I've stopped buying wax for the most part from them unless its on sale a particular day or its packwars.

i was at wal-mart yesterday and they had about a dozen of these. i've already gotten pooped on from the 4 i bought last month, not going down that road again.

the first time I ever bought these I bought the 2 Walmart had and I pulled a TJ Graham patch auto /1364? and a Chris Rainey Jersey auto green /99

I've pulled an auto of Jerel Worthy since but that's it.

I have only bought one of these and I stopped for a reason...because I was ahead. First one I bought, I pulled a TY Hilton Auto/Patch /1001. I sold the RG3 refractor for $9, Andrew Luck Topps RC for $4, and 2 LaMichael James RC's for $3, so I called it a win and haven't thought about buying another one since!
