UD Mail Day Replacement, bring your vomit bags!

Ok so I got my 2007 Ultimate Collection Reggie Bush, Steve Smith(giants) and Dwayne Jarrett Triple Autograph /5 REPLACEMENT today....and here is what I got!

2007 UD Trilogy Jamarucs Russell "Signature Future" Autograph RC #81/99!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Books at F*N $100 and does 1/2 that on ebay!....you can imagine I already emailed my UD buddy after he replied to my last email in early March stating "Please email me if you are not happy with your replacement and I will take care of it for you"....so the email awaits me..

3 Problems with the card...

1.) #d to 99....the Bush I was suppose to get is #d to 5..
2.) Autograph is cut off the F'N sticker
3.) Books at 1/2 of what the Bush would have booked at..

How the heck do they think that is a replacement! Wow I would be totally pissed off also. Just any idiot can figure....the rarer the better, so 99 does not equal 5, and 3 players is better than 1.........

They should of atleast given you 3 cards like this.

That is what I was thinking too, they could have given you each players seperate auto even numbered to 100 and it would of been just a slap in the nutts rather than a soccer kick!

The Upper Deck lets squeeze the nut sack of another collector.

A lady i knew had the same problem with upper deck she had a quad card from I beleive it was 2007 ud premier and they told her they did not make the card she went nuts lucky for her her son was a lawyer and he sent them an e-mail from his office off legal proceedings were going to be brought against them. And she got her card in a week. I have two octographs from 2007 Ud Premier so i am just waiting on that e-mail to arrive saying we did not make the cards.

OUCH!!!!...What is UD thinking?????....You probably paid a quite a bit of money on you Ultimate Collection box or boxes to get the card, so UD should have a clue that a customer who is buying their higher end products is not a F'in idiot or someone who is a casual collector that has no clue. They send you a card like that in exchange for the card you should have had?????? I think they have NO RESPECT for the people who are buying their cards.....How is that an even trade???...I wouldn't want to trade cards with them....Even if I were a Russell fan I'd be mad.....

Geez...that's terrible!! Not really a surprise though since it is afterall an UD redemption. This is exactly why it's so hard to sell a redemption card. You wait to get it before selling and then wham. I hate UD. Sorry about what you got in return for a much, much better card.

This is the problem with big companies like UD and ebay. They have bad customer service and do not care about the little man. If you were a dealer I am sure they would have given you a Reggie Bush 2006 1/1, and if it were beckett they would give you a quad 1/1 lol

and to think most of the boxes I buy are either Press Pass or UD...the next redemption I see out of UD will make me cringe!

See that is the thing, as customers we are total idiots. I have said for years I am topps exclusive. Yet I look at the cases and boxes I have an half of them are from UD. Then I say ebay sux, and yet I have sold more and more on ebay, to know I am a powerseller gold member. We are stupids and cannot stop using these bad companies.

wow! you would think that upper deck would be trying to please there customers after the whole "beckett scandal". seems to me like they are trying to pull a fast one over most of there customers. should we boycot all UD products for our group breaks?

Matt, dude that sucks. I feel very lucky with what I have got after reading your post. I believe you should call them.......no more emails. Think that if you get somone on the phone you will have more success. Beware there policy is that redemption replacements are final so if you make a good case to bump the value they will just throw more cards at you to get to equal value.
