Common courtesy

Is it that hard to respond to PM's on here? Especially if you are working on a deal? I tried working on a deal with someone (still trying) and he would respond once every 90 minutes to my PM (I really wanted the deal done last night as I stated to him), however he was posting all night. It was annoying because he offered a price, I took it, and then we are still going through if he wants it. Twice this happened, where someone offered, and then backed out. And 7 times in the past 2 days, I sent PM's to people interested in a lot, and none responded. Isn't common courtesy is to at least say no thanks? And is backing out of deals neutral feedback material? Getting sick of all of the run around on here.

I know it's common, I remember someone had a SIG saying if you can't respond to PM's, then you must be a coward in real life. It's an awesome signature. We all may forget to respond once in a while, but it gets out of hand, especially when people back out of deals.

I agree I was going to start putting user names in my sig of those who place offers then when they say they'll pay they dont try to put them out there so users know who can be counted on

It stinks because we leave a neutral or even negative, they will as well. It's like eBay, we get screwed with non paying buyers on here. I'm just sick of getting my hopes up on selling a nice lot, and then all of a sudden they back out

I mean I usually don't let it bother me that much, but when I have someone agree to make a deal, then not respond, it gets more annoying. Usually I'll wait a day or two, then send a courtesy PM seeing if they are interested. And if they aren't, that's cool, just tell me, don't leave me hanging.
