Default Ebay Reserve Questions

So I was just about to list something on ebay with a reserve and noticed that ebay was charging 10% of the reserve bid as fees. My question is do you pay the 10% only if the item sells, or does that fee exist regardless of what happens to the item. I would assume only if it sells, but this is ebay and they are famous for shananagans.

Thanks Guys!

Hmm im not 100% sure on this won, but I would imagine it would work the same way as final value fees where you are not charged them unless the item sells and is succesfully paid for.

Just run a search on ebay's help center, you should find the right info

I'm thinking that you're right, just wanted to check before I got stuck with the fees.

Thanks!

Not suggesting anything about you,

but some people use the reserve thing as a way to run a completely BS auction
just to "find out" what a card is worth.

Rather then use a reserve you could just set your start price higher.
