Yeah R1S2 had a ton a solid hits, where R1S1 would give you 1 or 2 really good hits.
Both were solid products due to low production.

I acutally liked R1s1 better because I feel the good auto's were more plentiful.

Lots of boxes had 3 hits and sketch quality was very good as well. Plus odds on hitting plates and 1/1 base were higher too.

I wasn't only referring to autos.

Well, I weakened after seeing the strong checklist and have ordered a case. Haven't broken anything recently, so I feel it's justified - or so I'm telling my bank account anyway! LOL!

Good to see a set where just about all major characters from all the movies are represented. Great to at least feel you have a shot at any of them when you're breaking a box. And I'm cool with the prequels being under represented ! ;-)

Hope we do see at least one top signer in each case, as I'm also sitting on a #1 spot in ifish73's breaks! Looking forward to that one greatly now!

Does anyone know what the dealer cost is on these cases?

I want to say around $65. It is within a few dollars of that.

I ended up buying a 2nd case. Now my son will have his own and I will have a case for myself!
I hope I can finish a blue parallel set with 2 cases, but I guess we will see how many duplicates I get.

Just look at the last page or two of speculation. No product has leaked yet to give real estimates though.

Until pack odds are posted its all just a guess right now. Your guess is as good as mine.

Roger that. There seems to be plenty of product available via the online retailers, which indicates to me it's probably not limited. Maybe 1,000 cases?

blowout reverted the box price back to what it was before the checklist came out. Maybe they have seen pack odds?

I already bit somewhere else after the increase, so they lost my sale. I was waiting for the weekend coupon and kept forgetting to preorder each weekend. My fault.

Why even pre-order right now versus as soon as odds are posted? We're only a week out now.

Unless it's a super short run and blowout catches it before we do you could avoid the price spike and have a better gauge on buy now versus wait.

This product is really hard to tell.
The auto checklist is fairly big and so is the sketch artist list, so that points in the direction of a high production run.
However, orders seemed to be low and there should be no reason they made more of this than 40th Anv!
At this point I really don't know and shouldn't be surprised with whatever it is, but I probably will be! LOL

Because of the price jumps blowout and a few others on ebay did right after the checklist was released (within hours). Ordered from someone who didn't raise yet to avoid getting stuck even higher at release. If pack odds are good, prices would only go higher. But if blowout is already back down....might not have needed to pre-order.

Agree. Could be 1200 cases or 600 lol. Sigh.

I can state that 2 of the main distributors are now sold out tho, but that doesn't mean much. The "other" competitor and Blowout could have just scooped up a ton of it. So who knows till next Wed.

Well this sucks. They promised when MW2 came out and apparently will never give full checklists again...

Case estimate sweepstake;

richo 750
Ifish73 825
Jdhaugh11 917 (revised to 750)
floater 850

Any other takers? Cujo? Am disappointed @jdhaugh revised to the exact same estimate as me!! Anybody want to be brave and go for a low number that might indicate a big hit. I did agree it could be almost anything between 600 & 1000. Key to volume might not even be how much Blowout or the competitor have ordered, but how much Topps drop in to the Topp.direct Europe distribution that they used during 40th for hobby for the first time.

That Han Solo base card looks really nice. Am liking the base design this time.

If its price is right rules and you can't go over the amount, then I will guess 1!
