Random Box of Studio + a Panini Player of the Day Auto

So i stopped by an LCS that i check out whenever i drive through the area it's in to buy a few supplies. They never have much, if any basketball, save Hoops at the start of the season and i usually buy the box or two they stock. Walked in and headed right to the supplies and started to grab my stuff.

The owner calls me over and says he has something for me. Bit confused i walk over and he hands me a slab and says "congratulations you're the winner". It's a Pascal Siakam Panini POD auto. Since i'm literally the only one who buys basketball in his shop he put it aside for me.

Feeling like i should buy something else now, do to his thoughtfulness, i ask if he's got any Basketball in stock. I expected the answer to be no and was ready just to buy some Pokemon for my son. But he had one lonely box of Studio - so Studio it is.

First let me say this may be my favourite product this year now that i've seen them in hand. Simple, clean and great looking cards.

So, all in all, a pretty good box and a fun break. But wait, there's one more thing...

Nice hit! Pretty cool both on your end and the owner's end (for giving you the auto). Win-win for everyone.

One more thing I like about Studio: looks like hits are more spread out between boxes. In Prizm/Optic, you'll get a Gold, a nice auto and a low numbered parallel all in one box.

They look great in person. Have a slight foil effect. Really like them actually.

You crushed it. That KD is a big pull. Sounds like a really cool shop owner to hold onto the Siakam and give it to you and getting a case hit from one box is a nice plus.
