I just bought The Thanos Quest One Shot for $8 at my LCS the other day. Great read about how Thanos went about acquiring the six Soul Gems/Infinity Gems for the Infinity Gauntlet. If you haven't read it and see it at your LCS, pick it up. Here is what it looks like:

I see the box with the artist's signature next to Thanos' right ankle, who is the artist?

Also, I checked on Diamond about the Baby and Blank Variants for Thanos Rising; stores can only order those in the quantities that they ordered Avengers Assemble #8. Not sure how Marvel comes up with this stuff.

I grabbed a blank variant cover today and on free comic book day at my Favorite LCS, Pat Olliffe is going to be signing and doing custom sketches, so I might have him do some sort of Thanos/Adam Warlock type cover
