Desk padding for breaking?
I've seen a couple breakers with the below padding:
Do you know what this is, and where I can get it? I plan on hosting breaks on BO once I'm eligible, and want to make sure I have everything I need to sufficiently protect the cards. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

Wrong forum/section, that is a Football card. A darn sweet one though!

Haha, yes, bad example, but it was the first I found. I'm actually more concerned about the padding, and figured there's more basketball breaks going on right now than football. If I don't get any responses here, I'll try tomorrow in the football section.

That's just those rubber-like placemats. You can find them anywhere, literally lol. Target/Walmart/etc.

Here's a better picture. As you can see, the padding covers almost the whole desk. Unless it's a bunch of placements placed side by side (I don't think it is), I think it's something else. Last edited by ffwiseguy; 06-18-2013 at 03:59 PM. |

I don't think you need to buy that for breaks. As long as you are careful the cards would be just fine on a wood or plastic table. Also that stuff looks like it would be a pain in the ass to clean.
