Default You have to hate lowballing buyers

I had a card for sale and some clown offered me 1/2 of what the last one sold for. I didn't even bother to counter as he is too cheap to but it.

What do you think?

In all seriousness when I price my items on Ebay I do so right around where they have been closing. I auto decline anything less than 60% of what I am offering it for so I would not have that that person's offer. Though if I did I would giggle and decline with no counter offer.

I don't set up shop at Flea Markets and won't do the same on Ebay

I like vanilla cake with chololate frosting.
But if I have chocolate cake with chocolate frosting I need a lot of milk.

Different animal here. I was not the full owner of the card and we were trying to capitalize on the Ginter fire.

I Accepted all offers and ran them past the co-owners of the card!!

Yeah, I figured.

Someone still offered you less than 50% of your BIN though, right? That guy wasn't a lowballer though. How are buyers supposed to know when 50% is ok and when it's not?

I just figure if you're selling, you want offers. If they're bad it takes maybe 10 seconds to counter. I hate them as much as anyone but that's selling. If you get bombed with low offers, you can just ignore them.

To me it is not even worth it to counter on ebay anymore. I have countered hundreds of times and no one ever bothers to respond. I just set the auto decline and let it do its job.

If it my card I would have offered it at about $75 and auto delined all offers of $40. So I would never see a $15 offer.

I offer what I am willing to pay for a card. So if you have a Gronk for $100 that I am paying $70 for I wont start it at $40 and haggle. I will offer you my price and a note along with it. You don't want it that's cool.

Same goes for selling here. I have had people want items I have had. I tell them make me your best offer and I will either say yes or no.

People get too pissy about these things.

I like to parody some of these things.

Do you need a shoulder massage by chance? I'll be right over.

What's even worse is when you accept their offer and then they don't pay

Yes, I do hate low ballers. Staple the damn things to your leg, if need be. i don't want to see them bounce.

This warrants a thread? Pretty common and happens with every single high end chrome auto that I forget to put autodecline on.

Look at the thread that started this thread and it will make more sense.
