Its another Image title. I have not read it but have heard good things about it. Print run was about 5k on #1 so its hard to find, also there is talks of a television show behind it.
I recently said in another post its time to start pre ordering the new issues and holding onto them.

I believe you meant to say Peter Pan, not Peter Man. Peter Man is a character in a completely different book.

Not just existing but fighting against the Germans and the whole cast is there! Captian Hook is a German officer...great read if you get the chance to pick up the TPB.

This actually sounds pretty awesome...I'll have to keep an eye out for the TPB then. The price on this book is too much for me to buy for a reading copy!

Yeah...Good luck finding issues 1-8 for a good price in about 6 months. #1 and #2 are already pretty much out of reach. #3 is getting there and 4-8 will be soon. The print runs after #4 or #5 were minuscule... There has been a lot of interested genereated in this book following issue 8 and I expect to see an uptick in sales/print run with issue #9.

The book is going to last 25 issues. Due to low low sales, the writer and artist actually contemplated concluding the series sooner (see green wake), but have decided to stick it out with their labor of love.

It would be great to see this book do well in the primary market and help out creators instead of just the secondary market where it is flourishing now.

Was just able to pick up nm copies from one site. All issues were $10 or less except 1b which was $15. Plus I don't have to deal with eBay sellers and multiple shipping fees. Not too thrilled with total amount spent but at least I now have all issues except the one I sold earlier

1bx2, 2b, 3,4,5,6,7,8
Had 2a already.

Back to my search to replace #1 first print along with everybody else.

Didnt know print runs were lower after 5? One LCS still has 6,7,8 for cover

Yeah....look at what 8 is doing on the bay...pretty solid for a book released a few days ago.

#9 should be hot as the main protagonist will be in it, who merely had a cameo in #8.. if you can get in on some pre-orders on #9, might not be a bad idea.

I found a 2B today for cover, so they're still out there, just got to dig a bit.

As hot as this book is right now, it's only gaining momentum. Get in on the early issues now as they're short printed, hard to find, and only going up as we type.

Today I was at Atomic by the Tacoma mall. Still had some 8's & 7's left, and I think one #6 Or 5 (beat up).

BOOM! #1 first print pending. Hopefully, there will be no hitches in the shipping of the book and it will get to me in prime condition. I am slightly worried due to the lack of history that the ebay seller had.....*crosses fingers*

*Seller drops it into a manilla envelope and slaps a few stamps on it. That should do it!

Oh yeah, *Writes on envelope with comic inside, (with ballpoint pen mind you) "Ok to fold to put in small mailbox"

I hope you know I am teasin and hope this didnt give you a twisted stomach.

Knowing my luck, this scenario would not surprise me I am actually more worried about the guy seeing what the PP #1 sold for right after I won his. The book sold to me for $163 and the pictures showed pretty flawless. The one that went right after his, $320. However, there were more pictures involved with that one. I am hoping the "3" feedback of my seller is what scared people off. I was willing to gamble on this guy just being new to selling on Ebay.
