Default Topps Star Wars Redemptions

Can you request a substitute for any redemption card you submit? Or do you have to wait a certain amount of time?

I believe after a certain amount of time has passed there will be a box next to your redemption that says "request sub"

Hmm. I got my Felicity Gold Auto 1/10 within 2 weeks of redeeming. Not sure if I was first or not, but I did get 1/10. Redeemed it in January.

There's a collector I know whose Felicity Jones redemption has come up with "Request Sub" after waiting for several months.
Do you think TOPPS held back Series 2 Jones Autographs for this purpose of replacing Series 1 redemptions?
Anyone else been brave enough to request a sub?

That would be crazy if Topps really did run out of S1 autos. What has Topps CS said? Has the collector called them yet??

Once TOPPS reply to the query, I'll let you know on here. Fingers crossed for them to get a S2 Jones, even though it would be a sticker it'd be better than a Raddus...

Sorry for bumping a month old thread, but I was wondering if anyone received Felicity Jones autos recently via redemption?

I just pulled a Gold /10 auto and submitted it to Topps for redemption. It's only been a week but I'm a bit worried seeing some of these posts.

Every redemption that I know of that has been redeemed on topps.com, the card was received as advertised. On card too, not sticker

Just got my replacement for the High Tek 2016 Kingma gold rainbow....Bonnie Piesse from Jedi Legacy. Ugh. They also included a bronze medallion of Col. Datoo "to add to my collection"

Does anyone have a direct customer service email address for Topps Redemptions?

I've been waiting 2 months for a Kingma Tek redemption and my account does not show a button for "Request Substitute"

I have already tried the "Contact Us" form on their website. No response. I just want to email them.
