Default Does this warrant a negative feedback?

I listed four cards yesterday got an offer for one and he said that if I accept, he can pay tomorrow (which is today) I said that works

Today I PM him and he says that his wife won't let him buy the card

I feel like this happens more and more often now a days on here

Does he deserve to get called out/negative?

Looks pretty clear cut, he made offer, you accepted and he back out next day when he was suppose to pay, so yeah, NEG

on a side note, he should grow a pair if his wife is telling he cant buy something , lol.

I always see buyers do this with sellers and sellers end up selling to someone else, saying that no deal was done unless paypal info was sent, do not know the exact particulars, but might be a loophole if he just said he would take it. when I sell anything I stat immediate payment and when I list on ebay I require immediate payment as I do mostly BINs. If buyer from BO says they need a day, I will send them my paypal info. Like I said do not know all the particulars--but atleast a neutral.

Leave a beg with his reason. It will show others his wife runs the show and thwarts that excuse being used again

so if a buyer types in your sale thread to buy a card but will pay tomorrow, but you sell it to someone else, can he leave you a neg?

particulars would be did he send him his paypal addy--because I was under the impression that a deal is not done until paypal info is exchanged. agreed I would atleast leave a neutral and it sounds like buyers remorse.

There was no transaction, so no negative can be left. This was explained to me just a couple of days ago.

Did I miss the part where the paypal info was sent to the other party? If it was sent, then there was a transaction in place and a negative can be left.

If it was never sent, then there was no transaction.

How often is PayPal exchanged in a trade? Never. Can a neg be left for a trade gone sour? Yes. So if you're trying to be the new by the book guy, read the book again.

This isn't a trade though, so your logic doesn't apply. A deal isn't finalized until payment information is exchanged.

So with the information given, this deal was never finalized.

Different story if all the information wasn't supplied in the OP.
