Default be cautious of member tdotsportscards

i made a payment for 2 cards on jan 26th from this member on BO. here's the link saying the cards are sold.

http://www.blowoutcards.com/forums/f...ards-sale.html

later that night/early next morning he starts a new post with those same 2 cards available

http://www.blowoutcards.com/forums/f...texans-ft.html

i have not heard back from him about the dc # he said he would send me, or if they have even shipped. also noticed he had some activity on here since my emails asking for that information, so it's not like he didn't get them. now i'm pissed, cause i think i'm out $20

Find his address. If I am not mistaken if you click on details of the transaction it should tell you whether it was goods or not. If you did send goods, file a claim for a refund. If not.... you might be out $20. And if that is the case, then leave appropriate feedback.

does not specify whether it was goods or not just says payment for $20. i sent him an email to his regular email address, if no response will file a claim with paypal and leave him negative here. hope this helps everyone on here from future dealings with him

He has no feedback so if you sent it as gift then you have a thing or two to learn yourself. Hope it works out for you.

I'm confused. tdotsportscards confirmed your purchase at 7:01PM on 1/26. The other thread you mentioned was started at 1:35AM on 1/26, almost 18 hours earlier.

I would never buy from a person with 0 feedback. Please don't throw away money.

martingale i looked at that wrong. he posted a couple different threads about those cards. on one he was selling and the other he was trading. he confimred the sale on one, but left them up for trade on the other thread. several memebers contacted him but got nothing in response, i know cause i contacted them to see if they too had issues.

suki i agree but everyone had to start with zero on here as did u and i. i guess i'm screwed unless paypal fixes this.

nater....my problem is not the shipping time, it's the lack of a response from the guy and not getting a dc from the guy like he said. i hope i'm wrong.
