Default Another ebayer to watch for

User ID is Fitzzy21john . Purchased a card, paid and I shipped within 2 days. This was approx Feb 22 or so. Contacts me thru ebay this week that he hasn't received the card. I check the DC and it shows that it was delivered couple of days after I sent it. I message him back with the DC and ask him to check the USPS site, speak with his neighbors or even talk to the postal worker. Sends me another message thru ebay to refund or send another card because he hasn't received it yet. Sent another message to me this morning to refund or he will leave a negative.
Well, I reported his message to ebay and told him to file a claim since it was a $23 transaction. He won't do it and I suspect he knows he will lose the claim. I really don't care about the negative since I am not doing anything else on the bay for a while but I get the feeling this guy is just looking to have his cake and eat it too.
