Default Timely 1 Card Mail Day

The mailman just left this. Topps just announced that this will be redeemed for Gordon Beckham. The twist is, only 1 out of every 10 will be autographed.

What to do, what to do......

I'd redeem it. But that's just me. Good luck whatever you decide to do

Definitely an interesting twist by Topps...any clue on how they determine which ones are autographed? Are the codes pre-determined or is it based on when you register it online?

The gambler in me is leaning towards this but I'll hold on for a day or two to see if anything interesting comes along. Thanks for the well wishes!!

I would imagine it's purely random. Could be based on every tenth one redeemed. I'm thinking the one's that are already redeemed will be selected this way but we may never know. Ancient Topps secret....

I always thought it went the the order of:
1. Topps employees
2. Family of Topps employees
3. Friends of Topps employees
4. Friends of Family of Topps employees
5. Oops, we're out of autos, the crap goes to the collectors

I caved to the gambler in me and redeemed. No word of an autograph. Oh well, can't be lucky all the time.
