Default Damaged comic issue

My order from Midtown came on Saturday and the box they came in has a big dent in the corner. Needless to say, the majority of the books have dented corners, some of them are crushed pretty bad. I e-mailed Midtown and haven't heard back from them yet, but has anyone else run into this issue? It's the first time it's happened in almost a year of using them. I don't care about all of the books, I would just like a couple of them to be replaced.

I've gotten damaged boxes from them. Don't worry, they're good at 1. replacing, 2. refunding..

I've e-mailed them four times this past week and they have yet to get back to me even though the auto e-mail they send back says they will contact me within one business day. I'm starting to not be too impressed.

I saw on their site that they are, so I just called. Stores are open but customer service for internet orders are only Mon-Fri

Just got in a order aswell from mid-town, 2 of the 3 books were had a small rip and a were in bad shape in the top middle of the book. The books were Thief of thieves #5, and Revival #1. At least my thief of thieves #1 didn't suffer the same thing

They responded back the other day. They said I could send them back for a refund or replacement. One of the was Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe #1. Do you think they still have this in stock? I'd rather have a damaged issue than no issue.

Good question, it's sold out everywhere, so I doubt it. If not, they'd just refund your money. I hope mine arrives tomorrow, I'm dying to read it myself! I love Deadpool.
