Default Best way to contact Panini for a replacement?

I've been waiting 6 months on a Kiki Vandeweghe redemption from Panini and would like to request a replacement. What's the best way to get in contact with David Sharp? I tried by following up on the open ticket about a week ago with no response. Thanks!

I have the same question, so I bumped this thread instead of making a new one. Does anyone have an email address for David Sharp? You can PM me. I have a few questions about the redemptions I have in process.
