Default Is it me or is 2012 Bowman Draft going to be hard to get BGS 9.5 Autos

Seems like a lot of OC autos from this product.

Looks better than, say, Topps Chrome IMO. 3 out of my 4 autos had 9.5 centering.

I was thinking the same thing, from what I've seen centering may be an issue..actually the cards themselves seem to be off centered. Looks like poor QC

I pulled a James Shields printing plate from Bowman chrome and noticed that the plate was OC. I am assuming that BDPP might be the same way.

It's more of surface issue - most cards are stratched...

The autos that I pulled were actually centered pretty well, it was the surface that was a off a little bit with some smudges and scratches.

That sucks because 2011 centering was solid and they seemed to scratch easily, 2012 bow and chrome seemed to hold up well to scratching, but the refs are terrible and they definitely seem more oc, if draft is both that blows.

I think they should throw the grading system out the window and go back to the basics, lol

You mean the system that would only allow sellers with high feedback to get good value because no one would ever trust anyone's condition opinions? Great system

While I get what you're saying, I don't think I'd mind the grading thing going away either. I mean, it's like playing the lottery twice on high end cards; once to actually pull the thing, and another time hoping it's actually in good condition. Two people pulling the same card can have hundreds of dollars in different value because of something completely out of their control? Doesn't seem very fair to me. Not to mention having to worry about people asking for refunds on stuff because they only wanted to send it for grading and flip it.
