Default Anyone go to the Parsippany, NJ PAL show on Tuesday nights?

Haven't been in years but was thinking about taking a ride there tonight.

Any insight? # of dealers? Wax?

The show is a shell of its former self. Not worth the time.

Back in the day this was the place to be on a Tuesday night. The traffic was unbelievable.

Thanks for the feedback.

Nothing special at all. Maybe 20 tables, if that....

I go maybe like 2 or 3 times a year. The owner of my former card shop sets up there occasionally and it is nice to see her.

I used to go once a year in High School (2000). Would spend a year's worth of McDonald's money at that show.

And I'd buy a new Beckett when I walked in for $0.95 less than the retail price!

Good ole' days ...

I used to go there every week back in 1998-2001, along with the shows in Garfield, Clifton and Elmwood Park.

I haven't been to any show since about 2003, before gu cards were so common the shows were packed with people. You could make a couple hundred just selling base and low-mid end inserts.

Dave don't waste your time. Unless you are in a pinch for supplies or want to grab some wax from Tommy.
