Default Are Cards #'ed 1/?? worth more? Harvin

I recently pulled a Percy Harvin Prestige Draft Picks Blue Card #187 It is #'ed 1/999. I am wondering if it would be worth more being #1 rather than say #545

I also have a Score Inscriptions Percy Harvin Artist Proof 08/32. The beckett states that the value is 1X to 2.5X regular book value. It's beckett worth is $16 to $36 I personally think that the short print version would be worth much more than 2.5X I know it is not a auto or anything, but shouldn't be worth much more if the player becomes a great player.

Any ideas?

Its not worth more, but some buyers/dealers prefer the first or last one printed, so it usually brings in some more money then let's say 327/999.
