Default Box of 1996 Leaf Studio

Was at my LCS picking up some supplies, and there were boxes of old wax sitting on a table marked 50% off sticker price. Not much of a selection, but I grabbed this and a box of 1994 Score Select. Got both boxes for a total of $15. I plan on opening that in the next few days.

I really liked the look of these Leaf Studio cards. Hit a Cal Ripken Jr Stained Glass Insert, and Bronze Press Proofs (One of 2000) of Delino DeShields, Jeffrey Hammonds, and LaTroy Hawkins. Hit a Gold Press Proof (One of 500) of Geronimo Berroa.

It was a fun break.

How long did they make the Studio cards? 95 was the last year I actively purchased them. I really liked the "Silhouettes" insert from the 93 set(which was my favorite base design). Good luck with the 94 Select....are you hoping to pull anything in particular out of that box?

Are you looking to sell or trade the Ripken?

Not really looking to pull anything from the Score. These were the 2 inserts I hit in the box. Pulled prospects of like Klesko and others. It was pretty uneventful

Crown Contenders: JUan Gonzalez
Rookie Surge: Jeffrey Hammonds

Yeah I'd be willing to sell it. It does have some marks on the card, which baffles me as it's been sitting in a sealed box for over 15 years.

If you got any Lenny Dykstra's out of either box, I would be interested in buying them from you.
