Default BGS Mailday, BGS Fail, Luck and Harper Gems

So got these in the Mail today. Happy with the Grades.

Kinda Pissed about the Luck, it looks like Some cardboard/glue is stuck to the Plastic sleeve holder inside the case.

Obviously I am going to send it back to have them fix it, Would you guys ask for a refund of some sort on this?
Not the entire cost but at least Part of the grading fee for the Luck, I did 5 day so it was $25 for the Luck card

Harper will be up for sale later If anyone is interested

I think if you take some high resolution scans and send it to them they will reholder it for you. Probably just cost you the shipping. Even if you just wanted a new case it doesn't cost much at all.

I had the exact same issue with a card, there was a large piece of cardboard stuck in the holder right in the middle, looked like a part of a box or something...they fixed it and offered me two free graded cards with fast service...those cards came back with 10s.
