Panini originally claimed they were 1 in 20 cases, but after the hype rose on them they then claimed they were really 1 in every case and acted like they did nothing wrong. People were paying much more than they should have, thinking they were extremely rare.

I picked up this on around the time panini announced they changed the insertion rate. The rookie flashbacks are a little easier to pull than yours. Guys here on Bo thought they were too plain looking and they didn't like the fact they were not serial numbered. There have not been a lot of them listed on eBay most likely because contenders is not being opened much.

The two or three LeBron's that have popped up on eBay ended anywhere from $250 to $300 I believe.

did you pay under 200? If so, list it

you must have known about the rarity and value when you bought it, then posted it, and now when you plan to list it...

it was advised falsely i may add on the panini blog as 1:20 cases. i actually wrote to tracy about it and got a response. the next day he made a blog post about it and clarified it was not 1:20 cases but 1:20 but still a rare card, lol. the card world was not happy and posts and threads can be found about it. i got like 20 bucks for my yao ming.

sounds like you had a good buy and could possibly profit well.

They fall about 1 in 2 cases. I still believe the James, Kobe, and Durant are more short printed than the others. A Durant didn't even show up for auction until months after release.
