Default Accidental Buy it Now

Apparently once you hit buy it now on the mobile iphone app, it doesn't give you the "are you sure question". I just hit it while trying to scroll the page and got taken to the checkout screen. I hit cancel, but it said if I canceled the current payment I would have to pay later. It was only a $5.00 card of someone I collect so I paid for it, even though I already have one.

Just thought I'd give a heads up, and I'm glad it wasn't on some card I really didn't want or couldn't afford.

I went ahead and tried it again on I cheap card I didn't mind buying, after typing the above, and same thing. Seems lame cause I'd hate to be that guy that uses the I didn't mean to buy it excuse.

Whoa, thanks for the heads up! I can't even count how many times I've mis clicked whilst trying to scroll. I've had a few heart stoppers as well with the place bid and make offer, but never the BIN *knocks on wood*

So that is the reason you are going to tell your wife.....

"I accidentally clicked the button & it gave me no other option!".

j/p. Sometimes those situations have worked out well for me. Or I just sell it to a friend or use it as trade bait for a card I don't have.

this has happened to me before

it's not as bad as the accidental "friend request" or "like" on the facebook mobile app while creeping on somebody. but i's up there.

I have never done it on accident but I know what you mean. I bought something on my mobile pad and it completed and paid without asking to confirm. Made me cautious for future browsing.

I think the worst I've one recently(done it a few times actually) was by just going through the motions & not paying attention. When intending on confirming an offer or declining an offer I hit the BIN or Accept offer tabs paying full price or waaay more than I had intended on paying.

If you accidentally hit BIN on the mobile app I'm pretty certain you can cancel via computer. My friend hit BIN on his phone, then just changed his mind (smh) so he canceled it while on his laptop. Haven't personally tried it..
