Default Thoughts on $20 for $20 silver deal

Found this site. You get charged the US conversion rate for $20 Canadian (currently under $19).
$20 for $20 Fine Silver Coin - Bobcat (2014)

Thoughts?

If you collect currency, it's a decent deal.

If you want to buy silver, as the title suggests, it's about 4 times the going rate.

I wonder how many people will buy this thinking it's a troy ounce of silver...
