missing hit in 2014 prizm blaster

It was supposed to be one guaranteed jersey card but I did not get one, but when I tried to report it I only get the option of 2016 or 2015 am I out of luck?

Yeah, unfortunately you are out of luck. You can get missing hits replaced if the product was released in the last year. You can try to e-mail someone with Panini and see if there is anything they can do to take care of you, but the drop down menu on the Panini website limits it to releases from the last 12 months.

Did 2014 Prizm guarantee a hit? Where did you buy the box from, Target or Walmart? And yes, it DOES matter with a lot of blasters. Some guarantee a hit while the other store gives you a chance at an autograph.

EDIT: looks like 2014 DID guarantee a hit. As the others said, your best bet is to email or call Panini. Also, could it be possible the box was searched and resealed?
