Questionable redemption mailday

First off, I apologize for the cellphone pics, it's the best I can do right now. So I received my Chris Conley National Treasures /25 this past Friday and I'm not very happy with it. The event worn patch is too small for the window so it's just kinda hanging out and there is a small tear on one of the corners and the paper is doubled up on itself.

Before I contact Panini I would like to know if others have had success with either getting the cards fixed or getting replacements for redemptions. Or am I just stuck with this card?

Be respectful and cool when emailing them. They know it sucks pulling a damaged card and it's worse getting a damaged redemption.

If they have any extras to replace it they will. I had a batch of 6 contender redemptions arrive with all the same damaged corners. They replaced them for me. Actually one of the new 6 i need to send back again because that was damaged also.

Thanks for the responses guys. Sounds like it's a pretty common occurrence. I'm going to email them Tuesday and see if we can work something out.
