I put in a redemption card about 2 years ago. I never received the card. I was just looking a few minutes ago and it's still showing active. I know they say they will send a comparable card after like 8 months. How do I contact them to do this?

I sent an email to them last week and haven't heard back yet. But when I sent Shoup an email about a damaged card, he emailed me back in 7 minutes. lol

I messaged maribel pineda over the weekend and received a message before i even woke up monday morning! We exchanged messages and shes extremely courteous, prompt, and just a pleasure to deal with! I highly recommend her

I'm hoping my redemption for a Jeremy Tyler 2012-13 Panini TImeless Treasures Glass Rookie auto #/499 turns into something really good instead of what it was suppose to be.

I emailed Mirabel this morning and got a response within an hour or so, and the redemption request was updated shortly after. The best customer experience I've had with Panini! The original was a James Harden 12-13 Absolute Hoopla Auto #/99 (sticker auto) and it was replaced with a James Harden 13-14 Gold Standard Superscribe Auto #/10 (on card)!

Seriously?! I emailed Christian on Tuesday, and after 26 hours with no response I emailed Maribel on Wednesday. I still have not heard from either of them. Am I missing something in my email? I included my username, request numbers, cards I want replaced, and preferred players and team for replacements.

I emailed Maribel just over 24 hours ago and haven't gotten a response yet. I'm gonna give it a week and try again.

That is a more reasonable and patient approach than just emailing a new person every day. Did you request replacements for more than one card? I requested 9, which could be the problem. Or that I was too specific in who I want (KAT, Wiggins, LaVine, Gorgui or Pippen) for replacements). Or maybe Maribel was out yesterday and really is doing LIFO (I had to look that up...) now.

I emailed her a couple days ago and she got back to me within the same day. HOWEVER, she did not update my requests as she did with others. Instead, she told me "my que is about 8 weeks out. please alow some time to pass before you see any action taken into your account."

I only requested replacement on 1 card. It was a cheap redemption that might sell on ebay for $0.99. Would be cool to get an upgrade on the replacement like I've seen several people getting recently.

I requested a redemption last october & finally emailed panini & they updated mine from a dion waiters 2012 rc select auto jersey /199 to a an Antetokounmpo panini base not even numbered so idk doesnt make sense to me that they would send me just a base card but it shipped out today so i guess i'll wait & see

I send a email to Maribel on Wed and got replay with in 4 hours and told she is out for about 8 weeks.
Should contact other 2 for replacement.

I was actually able to take care of these today and can hopefully get them mailed out via Fed Ex today. If not they will sent out on Monday! J Have a great weekend."
That was quicker than expected! I don't see any update on the Panini website yet, so no idea what were/will be sent as replacements.

Awesome news! Maribel got back to me a little while ago and informed me that she has processed my replacement and gave me something from my preferred list of names. More than a fair replacement for the card I had pending. Only took 2 days to get it taken care of too. She's awesome.

Nice! Did you get an email from Panini when they put in the replacement? I'm hoping I won't have to wait until they ship to see my replacements. Two are printing plate patch autos from NT baseball (Buxton, Sano) so I'm hoping for some awesome stuff.

Honestly... Maybe. Sounds like a Ke there was some miscommunication at Panini or something. Maybe she had to cancel a trip, and forgot. Who knows. Bizarre.
4 of my 8 open "requests" have been moved to closed, but can't see which cards replaced them yet. Happy to see movement, at least!

Yeah I got an email stating that the original card had been closed and when i clicked the link it took me to the screen that showed what it was replaced with. The replacement was actually mailed out today as well.
