Strip - is that one of the heritage errors or no?

Good catch. That sig belongs to Josh Harrison. Not sure if that's an intentional error?

OP, it isn't one of the Heritage errors, just a simple mistake of Topps part. There are a lot of cards with the incorrect Facsimile out there, for example -

Wesley Wright 2008 Topps
Jhan Martinez 2010 Bowman
