A non Finals related seeing double type of mailday.

I don't usually buy doubles of the same card, but when one of my favorite cards of all time shows up for sale ignoring it is not an option. My original copy I've had for about 4+ years and since then I can't say I've seen another for sale. There has been one on the Beckett Marketplace website, but the price is about double what it should be, and contacting the seller through email has gotten me nowhere. I'm hoping to get one of the 2 graded a BGS 9.5 leaving the other as part of my partial rainbow of which I'm only needing the 1/1 Superfractor. One thing about this new pickup that makes it a little more special to me is the serial number. Even though it's not jersey numbered it is a very significant number pertaining to Pete's career. Now to the card!

Numbered 7/50 which was his jersey number after his first year with the Jazz.

Thanks man! Yeah, it was the last year that Chrome was it's own product. It had a great mix of current and retired players, a great rookie class with Rose, Westbrook, and Love, and some of the best and most unique photography ever. It's also the only Topps Chrome card for Maravich. He had a Finest and Topps Stars refractor in the 90s, and another Finest in 04, but only once was he ever in Chrome. The 1/1 Superfractor is my one true "grail" card.
