did topps make a huge 1/1 mistake?? Need a second set of eyes

please check out this current post on ebay with my card that i in fact pulled my self and sent to BGS to be graded, which you can see below.......please tell me im missing something here and topps didnt just make a huge mistake

There is 1/1 patch and a 1/1 tag.

I can't tell the difference. Tag / patch who cares there should only be 1.

Topps is known for doubling up parallels just by changing one text color, so this doesn't surprise me. You still have a great 1/1 card.

The checklist shows two cards 1/1. The one you have is the base and the eBay listing is the laundry tag.

Looks like topps being topps.
More cards they print, more money they make.
Doubling 1/1, not surprised. How many more base cards are they printing now a days? At least double...

Topps ran out of ideas, I bet in upcoming years they have 1/1s of same player with different pictures. Just so they can make people post these types of posts. Idk I rant, have a good night
