Should I resub this Jordan RC?

I believe this was graded about 10 years ago. This look as nice, if nicer than many of the recent 8's I am seeing. Does anyone know what it would cost to resub at the National?

Centering wilk keep it a 7 with psa. Consider bgs review as they have loose centering tolerance to score a higher grade

Even a small bump could be worth it... PSA didn't have a 7.5 10 years ago...

An 8 may be a stretch with top/bottom centering, but ya never know....
