Players are getting paid out the Wazoo

Players you don't expect to leave ends up leaving.

Every few years I feel that way. LBJ and Bosh to the heat. Howard and Nash to the Lakers.

That being said... This one is up there. Lol

Yes, it is up there for sure. Notable to big names moving all over the place and average players getting seriously paid. Going to be a highly entertaining season. Lots of bad blood being stirred up.

It was pretty much as expected. There were rumblings for this particular offseason years ago.

well you have durant and now wade changing teams, both of which are pretty much shocking. and its from a current top 3 player and a top probably 2-3 sg of all time. plus both players having been with their same team their whole career until now. so that happens very rarely.

for the actual other free agents, the class isnt very good at all so thats kept things to a minimum, the contracts if you look at them, other than mozgov which is ridiculous, are basically just 33% bigger than in previous years which is about what the new cap has gone up to. the mozgov contract is still proportionally not that much bigger than the normal 10 mil per season for a decent center. his last season was just such an absolute nothing that you would have thought l.a. could have gotten him for much less. i think though he could almost average a double double if he plays 20-25 mins a game in l.a. so at this time next year the contract may not seem bad at all, but for right now it certainly does.

After the Lebron Cavs-to-Heat-to-Cavs and DeAndre Jordan sagas, nothing surprises me anymore about free agency these days.

I do though like to seeing a shake up in roster's, resulting in cards featuring players in their new uniforms; it keeps set collecting fresh.

I'm hoping things get crazier by Whiteside reneging on his MIA deal, which would then cause a severe chain reaction.

Just you :p. If you think this year is crazy, wait until next year when there will be a lot more big names along with the same big names from this year that signed deals with a 1 year opt-outs.

Wait until next year. This year will seem quiet. The cap could jump as high as 108 million for 2017-18. LeBron is going to be eligible for a 5 year and about 200 million

Free Agents that will be available... I'm assuming LeBron and Durant both opt out and sign long term deals probably with Cleveland Golden State

LeBron James
Kevin Durant
Russell Westbrook
Stephen Curry
Blake Griffin
Chris Paul
Giannis Antetokounmpo (RFA)
Gordon Hayward
Kyle Lowry
Rudy Gobert

And a bunch more
